Looks really great!! Now if only there were a few VISIBLE options for the integrated handlebars. No info about them at all on their website.

I've asked Jack to send me some proper footage of the frame. The geometry stuff is now sorted, and the one on the website is the final one.

I think this video makes me almost sure about to place an order - looks bloody good IMHO.

Do you know the size of that frame?

Could anyone share an update on their orders? Honestly, Mondince is starting to look more and more shady to me, as much as I hate to say it.

This is the third week in a row where I've emailed them only to get the exact same response: "We will have your frame ready by the end of the week."

I understand how manufacturing delays go, but this kind of communication is completely unacceptable. I'm going to give them one more week before I open a PayPal dispute/refund.

Ordered mine on 6th of September. Jack told me I have to wait about 15 days for custom paint, then another 15 days of shipping. But also - he should provide tracking number once it's shipped.
I will ask him for some update next week.

You'll get the frame. My FM336 was few weeks later than expected, but it came in good shape and Jack has provided good support (mailed me a replacement seatpost and saddle clamp hardware for free) so I would hold on a little longer! I know that's hard to do when you have bike building fever, though!  ;)

Please post some pictures !! What's the weight of the frame?

My gut feeling was right after all—something was definitely off. Sadly, this was my first experience with Chinese direct-to-consumer bike manufacturing, and it proved to be quite disappointing.
I've written up a detailed breakdown of what went down with Mondince (Jack Ding) here:

Definitely a lesson learned.

What size did you order? I have bought a few frames from oem manufacturers and the one thing i always face is with me needing XL -Frames it takes almost twice as long because they dont have stock. For 500 orders of s/m/l Frames there are just a handful of XS and XL orders. They usually take the bigger orders first for production and the outliers will be pushed back. When i ordered from lightcarbon my dads "M" frame took roughly 1 month while i waited almost 4 months for my XL. If you are on a timelimit i would advice not to order from China.

Vesryn

In my case, it was a size S. My educated guess is that their production run priority usually goes M > L > S > XS/XL.

I'll admit I might have jumped the gun a bit—I wasn't fully aware of how PayPal disputes affect OEM manufacturers behind the scenes. In my defense, waiting itself isn't the issue; I don't mind a long lead time at all. What frustrated me was having the estimated date pushed back week by week. If they had told me upfront that it would take an extra 6 weeks, that wouldn't have been a problem.

Ultimately, it boils down to poor communication.

Guys!
Finally got my FM366 today and I'm honestly very impressed with it.
Ordered directly from Jack via email. Whole process getting the details right with him was pretty straightforward. Ordered September 6th, shipped September 24th and arrived today, October 7th.
The frame looks f**king awesome in person. The paint came out really well, I can't see any defects or chips, and the carbon finish looks great. Everything that needed protection was properly covered and, importantly, all the edges are nicely finished — no sharp carbon edges anywhere (this wasn't so obvious for me having Kocevlo cockpit on my roadbike).
The packaging also deserves a mention. The box clearly took a hit on the side during shipping, but there wasn't a scratch on the frame.

Looks like the latte I had this morning!
Kidding. It looks great. What are you planning on building it up with?

Thanks for sharing!! 1 month ordering to receiving is very nice.
What size did you order? How tall are you?
Can you weigh the frame?
Did you order bars with it?
Can you show how thin is the aero seatpost?
Thanks!!

I am also interested in this frame (I like the higher stack) but I'm thinking of holding off for a little while until I see some builds appearing. Since I couldn't find any pictures of full builds yet I asked Mondince via whatsapp and they sent me these.
No idea what's up with the TT bars on a gravel bike though.

Tucha

Latte was an inspiration in fact!
That's size M, and I'm 180 tall.

Ordered only the frameset, weights as follows:
Fork: 548,9
Seatpost: 181,2
Frame: 1401
Those weights include all the pre-installed hardware — screws, rubber covers, thru-axles, etc. I'm too lazy to remove everything just to get the bare weights, sorry.

I'm also planning to make some videos documenting the build of my 2027 gravel bike. The build is happening right now, and I'm still figuring out exactly which components I'm going to put together.
I'll probably post more as the build progresses.
