My frame ($700) arrived with no additional fees, purchased on Aliexpress and final delivery by UPS. Ordered in April and delivered in May.

It seems a court ruling has blocked trumps tariff plan for the time being.

What warms my heart is that one of the plaintiffs in that case is a cycling equipment company (Terry Precision Cycling LLC) - yay sweat-wicking exercise apparel.

The administration has requested a stay…

Seriously, I'm so confused. I also seen that after the stay, when the court upholds it's decision, all the tariffs collected will be refunded to companies and people who paid them (with interest). So why continue to collect them only to refund them with interest?

I plan to sit and watch things unfold.  I pre-purchased a lot of items before this worthless tariff Sh*t-show started.  Now I have my popcorn and will sit back and watch what happens, ride my bikes, enjoy the summer, and purchase as few consumer items, as possible, until everything settles down.   (Could be months, could be years.)

Same here, working on next frame paint scheme and that’s about it.

At this point the only thing I need from AliExpress are small replaceable components which haven't been heavily affected by tariff price increases. Though it sucks losing access or just priced out of some of the higher end stuff like frames/wheels/groupsets. At this point, I'll just enjoy riding with what I have!

I ordered a few more parts in separate orders like a full XT groupset and carbon saddle and still have yet to be hit with any tariff charges or extra fees.

AliExpress has a little notice on tariffs on the home page of the app. It explains that the final cost you pay should take care of everything (tariffs being paid up front).
I can verify that my couple orders in the past month have not had any additional charges after final payment.

But, but CHYNNA was supposed to pay the tariffs, y'all!  ::)

Put in my first order since the whole tariff debacle. All choice items. Not the screaming savings it used to be, but still cheaper than amazon or ebay.

Yep I've been ordering some things from AliExpress again:

- 5/20 $17 for 5 Choice items shipped through 1ST. Received 6/5. Tariffs already included in price.

- 6/4 GP5000 tires from Lordgun in Italy. Received 6/9 by UPS, no tariffs or fees. $800 de minimis exemption still applies but make sure you don't inadvertently order anything made in China because then it won't apply and UPS will probably hit you with tariffs and customs brokerage fees.

- 6/4 $547 after coupon for EliteWheels Edge. But after the sale, they messaged me and asked me to pay an extra $22 for "U.S. tax-paid shipping reimbursement" so I just paid it. I have a FedEx Home/Ground tracking number from California but it hasn't been picked up yet so I assume they are getting into the US through their own means.

- 6/4 Magene PES P515 power meter. Should arrive on 6/13 by DHL. Hopefully they won't charge me any tariffs or customs brokerage fees since everything on AliExpress is supposed to be shipped Delivery Duty Paid.

From what I gather, the current tariffs on China are 54% or $100 (carrier sets which one for all their packages) but this is for postal services only. Non-postal services are 30%. I'm not sure which rate services like 1ST, UniUni or Cainiao pay. Are they consolidating packages and sending them to a sorting center in the US so they can just pay $100 for a containerful of packages? Are they classified as non-postal services so they are paying 30% in tariffs which is still better than the 125-145% tariffs before?
