Looking forward to your custom paint job @bonus79!

For the price, those little imperfection seem acceptable. That little nick on the seat post opening can be fixed with some filler and/or might not even be noticeable after it's been painted. As long as the internals look clean, I wouldn't worry too much. Did you check if you received a flush or concave non-drive side thru axle hole? I'm curious if SPCycle fixed that issue. If not, did you receive a rear thru axle with multiple washers?
Here I am....non-drive side thru axle hole is concave and the thru axle is the same as yours (only one washer).
But do your R088 also have the golden bushing on the non-drive thru axle hole (outer side)?
I was looking at the rear thru axle holes.....but do you think, since the frame is raw, is it normal for them to be finished in this way?
They don't seem very well-finished to me, on the contrary.....but since it's the first time I've ordered a raw frame, I don't know.  ::)

Surprisingly, I also found a cover for the seat post clamp in the frame kit...

That's nice! Might message them later to ask if they sell it separately or if they would ship one to previous frame buyers if they cover the shipping fee.

Edit: And i got an answer right away (see attachment). Their customer service has been fantastic so far.

Mmmh don't know if it's good or bad, some guy said that they changed the frame thread for allowing a better stay. Did you tried asking them? Could be just bad finish btw.

Yes, I wrote to get information about it and I'm waiting for their response.

Looking at the photo I'm attaching, I think there's some resin/material missing in the lower part of the bushing (see purple arrows), and I have doubts about the parts indicated by the fuchsia and green arrows.

Maybe it's all normal for a raw frame, and maybe then with the painting everything will be fixed, I don't know.....the inside of the fork is definitely better finished (see photo).

I'd be curious to see how the same part looks in a frame painted with transparent, could someone post me some photos?

I don't understand why a black bushing was used for the fork, while instead a gold bushing was used for the rear axle....and why the rear axle has a flat head, while the front axle has a conical/countersunk head.

Can someone explain to me?

Thanks
