Question.... I have bought and kept or gave away many of these AE clothing items over the years. Some are great quality and fit and some are absolute garbage no matter the price.
I am thinking of starting doing you tube videos to show the fit and quality of the garments that I buy. Would this be neneficial to anyone? In my head I am thinking that YES it would be, if someone is close to my size.... otherwise YMMV. What do you guys think?

Yes. Reviews of popular Chinese brands (YKYWBike, Spexcel, Darevie etc) but also finding hidden gems. Like how Tracevelo tests more so unknown Chinese products (to the public generally speaking - we know about Onirii, but the public might not know for example), you could show off something similar with clothes.

If you understand the reference and do more than unbox and say "this is fantastic" then yes.

There are a few reviews of spexcel/ykyw/darevie etc on youtube and it's always them being surprised how good it is - which it is for the price but often it's not up to the standard of more expensive high tech cycling kit.

I would do stuff like buy 4-5 jerseys and have your more high end reference. Then just compare them all in different ways. Fabrics (what's on the label and how it feels), construction, pocket sizes, arm lengths, torso lengths/widths. Weigh the jerseys. Maybe soak the jerseys and let them hang dry for 5-10 minutes and see how much water they hold (I've had some BAD experiences with some Aliex jerseys when it comes to them just soaking, which is totally different than a Rapha Pro jersey for example).

I'm sure you'd get a bunch of youtube comments correcting your methods and that's also a learning experience. The best way to get feedback on how to improve is to show the world what you're doing wrong.

Are there any summer jersey with higher quality / more "technical" fabrics similar to the likes of Attaquer, MAAP, etc?

I seriously feel like the Ali bibs (I really like Hiserwa) are quite close to some mid- to high range brands as long as they have EI chamois.
The jerseys I've tried (Spexcel, ykyw), while they fit OK, the quality of fabric is just so bad in summer jerseys. Stretchy, sweaty, drapes horribly and loose pockets. I will say some of the long sleeve and "winter" ones are way better but the summer ones are no where near IMO!

Can anyone prove me wrong please?!

Different strokes for different folks?  I like the simple design. The wide gripper hem, modern aero cut, good fabric selection are bonuses.   My only mild complaint is the pockets ride a bit high for me.

This is the exact reason why I would think videos like this would be of some benefit. Pad quality also varies greatly and matters just as much as anyting else.

Some other colours would be nice. White is a no for me as they end up see through ime.
Black is a no way at all. I would like to contrast with the background of a black road, so our drivers have more chance of seeing me before passing, when they briefly glance away from their phones.

So it must be said that the quality of Chinese brands, although high, isn't quite comparable to that of the more well-known brands. That said, I really like Spexel. I'd wear this jersey all the time https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005008962786689.html, but always for my aesthetic tastes.

Not sure if you can count Spexcel as a boutique brand, but I do like their stuff a lot. Bang for a buck I’d say. Recently I purchased their spring/summer long sleeve jersey and it’s great.

Also now they offer new ones, this one and this one in two colors, purchased these as well.

I have the first one and it's one of my fav jerseys. If you'd tell me it cost 150$ I wouldn't doubt.
