Chinese cycling clothes

I just shared my experience with the one I've bought. The material did not feel right. Way worse level then other Chinese clothes I've tried. Also when stretching the black material you could see it was white before if you know what I mean, literally black color was fading. Don't know how to explain in English sorry hehe. Also the sizing wasn't accurate so easy choice for me to make a return.

But I will try the one from the store you mentioned when making some orders.

F*** me that's so confusing! Different store indeed, but still! the link you shared, the pictures with the dude are clearly stolen. I do my best not to buy anything from stores who use these pictures because it's a red flag. Ditto with stores with random number names, like store209384828828483, these are pop up shops that are glorified pump and dump schemes. They're always brokers, basically drop shippers, and they're unable / unwilling to send actual pictures of the stuff they sell. The real items essentially never resemble the pictures they use (steal).
Now that being said, this link from eg, from the store you bought from https://nl.aliexpress.com/item/1005006464078201.html, looks very similar / identical to what i ordered in terms of fabrics (see a collage of my jersey for reference). Here again, ignore the stolen photos with the androgynous dude, i'm talking about the item photos which is clearly made by them / a related party.
Maybe what you got is a case of quality fade, where they make good jerseys, but also shit ones, and over time / randomly they ship shitty ones to save 1 buck? It's in the culture to constantly play games to save 5 cents, so let's not pretend it can't be a thing.
Or you have a very different experience of what's a good jersey and what feels like plastic, i guess that's also plausible?

Talking of quality fade, or not really quality fade.. My company orders thick braided cables that are used to hold down the end power line pole so it remains in tension and doesn't fall over.

Anyway.. The Chinese company we previously ordered from, we did so for 5 years, 4-6 orders per year. Not exactly small orders, about $200,000 per order. On the final order they just did a runner and didn't deliver anything. Just disappeared... Or at least tried to.

I bought a semi-thermal jacket from Spexcel a while ago. I think it's really nice in cut and fabric. 
Something that seems to get mentioned a lot with Chinese clothes is that they generally have nice cut/fabric but they put sort of crummy zippers on the stuff, which is true of this Spexcel jacket.

when you return your clothes do you pay for the shipping? What is the process? I am looking to buy some winter clothes but am afraid about sizing. I was looking into ykwkbike stuff

The fabrics felt like a plastic bag. Would be sweaty af imo so I've returned it. Don't even come close to spexcel/ykywbike fabrics quality.

I had mine arrive from the same store yesterday.

I've mostly used Raccmmer jersey's so far (+ the occasional club/event jersey) so the quality seems OK. Lightweight fabric, clean edges and stitching etc. had plenty of pics + positive reviews so figured I roll the dice. I'm gonna give it a wash and test it out for a couple of rides before I pass judgement, it ended up about the same price as the ykywbike jersey once shipping was factored in.

My ykywbike one still shipping, so I'll be able to update once it arrives.

Returns are free, if you're in Europe at least. You click return in the order page, you justify it (i dont return things frivolously so it's always easy to show how the item doesnt match the description), and then return label is provided and i drop it off at the shop / row of boxes that's member of the corresponding network.
Technically you're also entitled to simply dislike something, in the return reasons there's "doesnt fit" or something like that.
I suspect that if that's more lenient in Europe vs elsewhere, it may be customer protection laws. But i've been ordering way more stuff on alix since returns have gotten easier, because before that, you knew that if something didn't fit, you'd basically lost your money. So i suspect that from a business sense, it's in the interest of the platform to make returns easy. Obviously, i'm not talking bike frames or wheels, because such returns are oversized items and dont travel through the same channels, and cost many, many times more per kilo of cargo.
And for anything under 9 or 10 eur, they usually just refund me and tell me to keep the item. So i have a few jerseys i dont like that i ought to give out to a school or kids something like that, maybe they can be of use.

Thanks. My main concern is quality and fit. Other than that I can live with. I'm from your neighbour country so should be protected by the same legislation.

Received the HISERWA jacket. Did a 3h ride w 1k+ D+, c.16 celsius today. Very pleased. It packs easily into a jersey pocket (i wore it half the time), it's got pockets, the zip can be open from the top and the bottom, which is very practical, and it's good at cutting the wind. The fabric is nice to the touch. it's got holes down the spine so it should breathe well - although unzipping will always work a lot better, ofc. The zip is easy to handle, and doesnt unzips itself when riding (happens to me with one jersey). I paid 14 eur for it, i think usually it's 20-25? Medium sizes like a medium. It's not ultra tight, but it feels just right (enough space for layers underneath, without becoming a sail in the wind - when it's zipped you dont hear it flap).
You can see from the photos it's a light jacket, single layer of fabric. it's basically a nice windstopper layer, or a vest with sleeves. And the blue is a nice blue.
Instant new favourite for me, my existing jacket doesnt have pockets, the material isnt any better, can only be zipped one way, and doesnt pack down as compact.
I can see how Rapha would sell that for 150 eur calling it minimalist streamlined shaved balls wind stopper slim cut Alpha Beta Gamma Delta Epsilon jacket.

Can anyone recommend some affordable winter cycling gloves? I'm in the US and am looking for something on Ali or Amazon. There are a ton of options and nothing in particular looks better than anything else, so hoping someone maybe has one they are happy with.
