LTWOO ER9 & ERX - Electronic groepsets

Hi,
Wow, I haven't had to change them yet, but I have a lot of aftermarket L05A pads at home.
Are your pads original or aftermarket?
Have you tried putting the cotter pin in place of the screw or use orignal shimano screw instead of that ltwoo, spare part is Y8J710000.
Or maybe you can use a round file to gently enlarge the hole by hand?

If you solve it, if you want to let me know how you did, I would be grateful.

yes original from bike discount. i think needs bigger holes 9n pads. i put ltwoo pads back because i didn't have more time.

Did not find any hint in the manuals how to reset the device pin.
Maybe try to contact lwtwoo's support and share there answer here so everyone can benefit from it.

support from ltwoo said to put all numbers from 000 to 999.i was lucky 030 was the number. i don't know why i put that number. problem solved

Welp I bought a oversized pulley.
Any idea how to install?
No instructions on their page and support isn't responding 😂

Ltwoo RD doesn't have a big ol single bolt through the RD to remove the lower arm

1. Loose the chain
2. Disassemble the RD and move ot away from the bike (do not forget to unplug power connection)
3. Unscrew the small philipps-head screw on the bottom of the RD (the screw sits approximately at the depth of the groove of the mounting bolt of the RD cage) until it no longer loosens. Press the RD cage towards the RD and pull the srcrew out (if you do not hold the RD cage the spring pumps out the cage and you cannot reconstruct the position of the spring - inside the RD and on which of the three holes the spring was on the RD cage). How do I know? I didn't hold the cage when I removed the screw.

So if there are people here who can remember the original position of the spring inside the RD and in which hole the spring was positioned on the RD cage side... PLS let me know :-)

Hey Fellows,

I've finally managed to install my purchased ERX groupset.
I bled the brakes as described in the instructions. Everything's fine on the right brake lever. The left brake lever looks like it's leaking out from the upper locking bolt on lever. You can see the mineral oil seeping out.
Additionally, the pin/piston in the brake lever (I think it is called master cylinder) is making a smacking noise (this isn't the case with the right brake lever) - see video attached.
Do you guys have any similar experience and/or way of explaining how, or if it's even possible to repair it?

If it is not repairable, are the shiftet / levers of the ERX interchangeable with ER9 or ER7 versions and where to get this as separate spare parts?

I can only speak to the noise. It went away, after just pulling the brake lever as hard as I can, but the brake was then and is still leaking a bit where it connects to the hose. (Though this might be, because its a bit short and I am using it with Shimano hose and Olives.) I suspect there was air trapped somewhere and once it got out, the noise disappeared, but I am no expert.

Hoping to fix the leaking, now that original olives are available again.

It was in the middle of the three holes on mine. Though I think (?) the other two holes are there so you can tweak the chain tension.

I took some photos while I swapped mine, in case that helps.

Should be all gen's I'm guessing. The holes and all are in the same place as my Gen 1 stock cage.

I did install mine on an ER9 V1 groupset that I use on my indoor training bike.
If I remember correctly the spring was on located on the leftmost hole that gives the strongest tension, but I do not think it really matters as long as you get sufficient chain tension.  :-)

I bought this as I had given up on the o ring. The picture is what came. It is the new style needle with the o ring.  You can see in people's reviews the same item.

I think a lot of stores have the new one, but haven't updated the picture. I'm fairly sure I saw on the official ltwoo Ali page that they are shipping the new type, but the pictures of the product were old.
If you are very stuck, Panda podium said they could get ltwoo to ship me a full set, 3m of hose, four olives and four barbs for 25 us dollars. It's a bit expensive compared to Ali. I live in Ireland

When talking about "7 o'clock position" you are meaning that you are looking into the RD (from back to front), or the other way around? I see a lot of bigger space where the pin has room to move and on space is a bit different and the pin does not move after slide into this position.

When you put RD and cage together do you have the stopper/blocking screw (the one on the cage, not the bolt which fixes the cage to the RD) mounted or do you assemble the screw after bringen tension to the the spring? In which direction do you move the cage to bring tension to the spring (when looking from front to back of the RD), to the left, or right?

And finally how do I know if the tension of the spring is sufficient to have a good chain tension?

Any performance feedback with the OSPW and use with bigger cassettes? Doesn't it expand the ER7/9/X to do 34t max cog in-spec? I'm thinking about getting it, but I'm not too interested if there's no performance gains to be had. Also can someone post pictures with big/big and small/small? I just want to see how the chain looks. Thanks!

LTwoo is pretty good at reusing similar components across the board to keep costs down. They're also notoriously bad at making small changes on the fly.
