What is the width of tire you are using? I will use 700x32 tires that are the limit officially.

Running 30c Michelin Pro 5s, which blows up to 31.5 exact. Perfectly matches the external width of the rim.

Taiwan Glory = Yoho. They are one one in the same. TG is on Ali and Yoho is a website but the rep is the same Tom. These are the only pictures I have on hand but I will take more pictures up close at the paint in the morning.

Selle italia slr 3d carbon. I believe elitaone has a copy.

For those of you with the decals over the clearcoat. Polar had issues with the under-clear decals, to the point where they wouldn't ship my bike. It sounded like the curing, or heat, from the curing process was melting or otherwise deforming the decals. They said it was under control in late Jan, but I haven't heard back from them since. Polar is the only one who has proven to ship a quality frame with the under-coat decals on a V2, IIRC.

Now then........ started building the frame for a friend of mine who bought this despite all I told him. Beautiuful looking outside and inside, except. See video below. Waiting to see how he resolves the issue with the seller and AE. The rear went in without the issue, front one not a chance. Trying to push the hose from the bottom or from the top, same result. Stuck in the same spot.

Did you check from the top with a flashlight if you can see a path from Steerer to fork?

Why are you starting from the wrong side? Even on my real ostro it was very difficult to get the hose through the fork. You need to use a hose routing line.

Hydraulic hose isn't very flexible. Of course it's not going round the curve of the fork crown if you just bash it around. A magnetic hose routing kit is like $8 on Aliexpress.

J'ai rencontré le même problème (je l'avais d'ailleurs écrit un peu avant dans les pages du forum). Il faut effectivement soit un guide, soit beaucoup de chance pour réussir (une lampe aidera ! ). Donc rien d'impossible mais patience requise.

Because I get the same result from the bottom and this was easier to record a video.... and so far spent an hour trying with everything even a thin wire to see if I can get this through. I will go see another buddy to get a scope in there to see if its completely blocked or what.

Wow, I guess the tolerance on that fork for the hydraulic cable is really bad. I actually had a used, genuine white 54cm Factor Ostro Vam V2. It was very easy/smooth to slide the hydraulic hoses through the fork, so I guess the replica must be really bad in that sense. Sometimes, you can find used, genuine Factor forks on eBay/online if you can't get it fixed. Also kind of surprised to see how light these replicas are in comparison to the real thing. The white frame I had was like 990 grams (without hardware) and the fork was like 500 grams.
