On these kinds of seatposts, do you still use carbon grip paste?

I’ve never installed di2 before but I suppose it goes thru the same hole as a mechanical installation and I’ll have to plug the other mysterious hole.

I fully agree, I specifically chose this frame because I think the simple looks are superior to designs of many other chinese manufacturers like Winspace, Lightcarbon, Elves,  etc.. I'm okay with branding done right (e.g. seka) as long as it is somewhat minimal and not plastered all over (e.g. elves). However, the "Revenger" decal is enough to put me of this frame. I understand the desire for brand recognition but I think there has to be a solution inbetween the new design and the old approach. While I don't love the current XMCS font, I think the XMSC decal does look kind of cool, especially with the holographic design some people suggested here.. I hope you reconsider parts of this design and name, because the frame geometry is awesome.

I'm liking this mirror finish decal more and more.
Comparing the geometry to my VBR068 with my limited knowledge the XMCS seems to be the better option, also in 56. Im 185 with 88cm inseam.
I could use a bit shorter reach. I'm on a 90mm stem and also my toseek handlebar has 10mm more reach than normal I think. I have like 45mm of spacers.
I wish to build a disc brake bike before I invest in new wheels, but for 1500USD the frame better be real good I dont plan to use wider tires than 28 or 30mm.

Hmm I see from my ebay history I bought two different clamps initially for the 7x10 carbon seat. Specialized and trek/bontrager.
But later I ordered for round rails, and that was this item here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/202604990703
For Trek/Bontrager. And that is the clamp I'm using now with the fizik seat.

Glad to hear you like your bike.
I've built one this year as well. And I had no previous experience. Watched a lot of velobuild's videos on youtube that inspired me to build one.
Some things came easy and some took a bit of research. When tightening the headset nothing would turn. Had to buy shims to put under the bottom cap. Didn't know there were supposed to be something there, and none came with the frame/headset.
Also massive problems with seat post. Ended up with some electrical tape around the seat post and making it as tight a fit as possible.

@jcr: The cable housings stop at the entry point. I was thinking of drilling a bigger hole in the inserts and just run the housing thru, but opted for open wires inside the frame.
