Don't think it makes enough difference to worry about buddy. Ride and enjoy 8)

Consider that most of the aerodynamic drag comes from your body and a small percentage from the bike. Let's not get caught up in doubt. Consider that just by wearing an aero sock (at 45 kph if I'm not mistaken) you save something like 8W. I assure you that the fork profile doesn't have much of an impact :)

What is the widest tires you guys have been able to fit on this frame? Could it fit some gravel tyres?

Pistonbroke

34wam in the back, probably about the same up front

no this wont fit a gravel tire. 34 is the max i would comfortably ride. I personally ride 30's

32c tires on 25mm internal width hooked tires. The front looks like it's near max. 34c on the back is probably at it's limit.

Thanks, but thanks kinda the point, aero stuff does make such a difference, so it would suck to be riding something inefficient that can be relatively easily upgraded. I see from the (lack of) comments that I may be in the minority on this one  ;D So I'll leave it.

PS. These AliE aero socks seem excellent, super cheap too! https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007072961788.html?

Consider Tour magazines aero testing.
I think the SL8 and 7 are within a gnats cock of each other with the same bars and wheels. The 7 may have been faster. Can't remember.
The Factor One (for this you can substitute pretty much all the 'fastest' bikes) is only something like 7 or 8 watts faster at 40-45kph. I say only, I know it's a lot for some but I'm not convinced most of us could feel it.
I'm thinking the R088 ain't a million miles behind an SL7 with the right bars and wheels. I think it's even a little lower depending on the size.
Get a 111 on the front wheel and run it 1x and it'll probably be around the same.
Dial your position in.
At this point the only disadvantage is the motor ;)
Just my humble opinion of course  :)

Does anyone else think the profile on our front forks doesn't look very aero? The leading edge is a bit blocky and there's no appreciable camtail on the back. I come from an aero bike and ride TT so this is noticeable to me 🤔
Not to comtradict you here but imo It isn't blocky, it is deeper/chunky at the top and rounded. Funny enough this makes it more aero in theory.

Have a look at the new fork of Seixas' new Van Ryssel bike for Tour d'France. The half top is pretty similar to the r088's. The odd thing is that then you stick some electric tape on it which pretty much defeats any aero benefits of the new shape  ;D  ;D  8)

That's a good ol butyl innertube, and they hide a chip in there.

What is the chainline of this frame? I would like to fit a 13s SRAM XPLR groupset and bought XPLR crank arm but I have the standard dub BB. I saw that stone makes 0mm and 3mm offset chainring. Which one would fit and how can I measure it?

I would like to buy a separate cockpit such as the Quick ZEPHYR SL. What kind of headset adapter do I need? Trying to find the one that will look the nicest on this bike.

You need to first buy a full FSA ACR headset if I am not mistaken.

Sorry if this has already been written...how much do you tighten the Spcycle 0mm offset seatpost bolt?

Thanks
