I got my 062 from Sobatostore on eBay. I'm definitely happy with it. I have posted some pictures and comments in the 062 thread.

As for the wheels, I would go this route. Peter is now selling on eBay and here is a link to some wheels from him. I just built up a similar wheel set for my wife's Tallboy3. I used Hope hubs on her build though. The DT 350 hubs are bullet proof and very cost effective. The only warning though is the low 18 points of engagement. But for $100, you can get the 54 point upgrade which makes them cheaper and have better POE than the 240s hubs.
