Anyone have any info on this ThinkRider honeycomb saddle ~122g?
Seems pretty light considering the amount of padding. Also not completely sold on the 3D saddles I have another much heavier aliexpress one and the comfort is negligible however they do look pretty cool.
I think the money could be spent elsewhere for better weight saving. Sure it looks cool. But you are just paying for like what 20g over the standard "Padded" ones.
140g for $15

WHich would save you a lot more weight. Or you could buy a number of saddles to try and find the one that works best for you. Anyways as a 3d printing Nerd. I wouldnt waste my money this is just a gimmick. I wonder is some one has made a saddle or the padding for us to print out?
I am sure I can design one. But I having tried to print tpu for the flex. here is an example.
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5002056I take it back its not a gimmick. Their is some losses. but I feel its not worth for the price. Maybe if you have deep pockets. and maybe if you were racing and maybe if you have done every thing else.
