Hey guys, I've been riding my frame from Taiwan Glory for about 1000km on the road, and good two months on the trainer indoors. My fears when starting to ride outdoors were flex in the handlebar and in the seatpost, but those were all gone when going from indoor trainer to the roads. The bike handles perfectly, and the flex is basically gone now that the bike isn't fixed to trainer. When comparing flex in the handlebar to a genuine Colnago C68 my friend rides, It's actually stiffer than Colnago.
That being said I've encountered my first problem. After a longer ride (150km) I started to hear a knocking sound from the BB area, and I also felt a slight "kick" in the crank accompanying the sound. The next day I've taken the crank and the bb out. The drive side bearing was "stuck" to the crankshaft, but other than removing it and reinserting it to the housing everything was normal, also the bearings run very smoothly. I've cleaned everything, regreased it, torqued it to spec, but the next ride the same problem reappeared after 50km or so. It's not a s bad as the first time, but still.
The bb is the one supplied with the frame and the groupset is Ultegra di2.
Now my question is, do I need to use spacers for the non drive side as the original Factor frame? Or just changing the bb altogether? Or do you guys have any ideas what could be the problem.
