The T40A saddle is good. An improvement over the original design. Just note, QC might differ. I have a friend who bought the same saddle and had issues with the 3D mesh deforming and jutted out from the sides, which rubs on his thighs. My two saddles don't have that issue.

Recently tried three different cheap AliX Saddles for my "somewhat modern progressive forward fit" bike. Each about 40 Euros.

Really liked both SMP copies a lot! About as comfy as my old original Selle SMP. But not quite as ugly and way lighter. Ended up keeping the Goldix version as it has a bit wider front an nicer middle channel. Recommend both!

The TT-Saddle copy was very weird at first and is very short!. After tilting it quite a bit and pushing it very far forward it was pretty good in a aero position, but not nearly as nice in any other position.

i have the same problem! the saddle is great but the 3d mesh on the side is pressing out and is ruining all my bibs! i'm looking for an alternative! perhaps a little narrower.

I have the same problem, they rub so hard that I punctured the bibs (too bad they were the best I had ahaha) I then solved it with this saddle which despite a fall holds up very well https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005007723719564.html

Almost the same shape as my Prologo NDR, which is what I was looking for. Slightly more pronounced lengthwise curve.
Sharp edges where the nylon base connects to the padding. Had to cut down to protect bibs.
Padding is just right so far.
Looks nice, not as nice as a Mixed 5D but has no seam that presses into thighs and is as flat as I need it to be.

I have that Elita One. Crazy light but it does not inspire me with confidence; way too flexy, you can bend it with one hand - and not flexy in a Fizik wingflex way, flexy in the middle sags and puts stress on the rails kind of way.
 
I used on the turbo for a bit but I haven't had the nerve to run it on the road, I doubt it would survive the first pothole I hit (and I say that as a sub 70kg rider).

Hello, I have ridden this Ryet saddle a lot, training sessions and races, and I have felt always very comfortable, not remember having any big falls with it.

Negative points: the saddle rails are very rudimentarily glued, it already lacks material and the synthetic leather does not last long.
The second saddle with synthetic leather is also damaged. I will test a new 3d printed model from Ryet....

Are you still using this saddle? How would you describe the saddle padding? Is it soft or stiff, thick enough? I have a saddle with a 3D padding, not exactly the same, but also with a honeycomb structure, and it's too soft and thin, even in the sitbone area. I can easily push it to the base.

Still using, padding is firm - I can push to base with tip of finger, but if I use a wider area (e.g. whole of thumb) it doesn't really push down. Backside doesn't compress it to base - I use EI pads in shorts.

I like how I don't slide around on it also.

Any carbon saddles with long rails? I'm looking for saddles that allows extra adjustment to move the saddle forward. A Selle Italia SLR copy that is max 135mm wide would be nice.

Not yet, but I don't think I can prove I haven't had a crash. At Eurobike 2025, I saw this saddle and other Ryet models under at least six other labels. I showed them pictures, and they all claimed the others were fakes.  Probably an open-mold product. However, when I ordered it, I noticed the date had been moved forward to shorten the warranty period...
