Title: Quick Pro ER:One
Post by: Uberflo on October 16, 2025, 02:48:15 AM
I did not find a thread on this frameset so I open one. I have a frameset with custom paint on order and it will arrive End of November. The plan is to migrate all components from my existing road bike.

Quick also launched a new website: https://quickpro.us/

The complete bikes have also a very competitive pricing (5.700 USD for an ER:One with Dura Ace)

Pricing is indeed  :-Xpretty agressive. End of year sales could offer some smoking deals

I've been in talks with Joe about purchasing an ER:One for review. But winter is approaching now and I'm already running the latest Scott Foil at the moment. Next season hopefully.

Besides the horrendous resale value on Chinese frames $4749 for an Ultegra level complete is solid deal compared to its western counterparts. At least 2 grand cheaper. And with carbon spoked wheels, Sella Italia SLR saddle. You also can actually spec the handlebars.

But you would probably make out to the same price even if you just purchased everything separately and spec'd your own wheels. Margins must be razor thin for the USA dealer.

OEM groupset pricing would be my 2 cents

I thought about buying a Scott Foil RC Pro frameset because I like how it looks but it has boring colorways, only limited tyre clearance (700 x 30), no UDH and a pressfit bottom bracket. So the ER:One is in my opinion very close to the Foil in terms of style.

The ER One looks like a dream bike. Especially the fork. But the price of a frameset seems a bit high, although the technologies used are advanced. It would be great to get some discounts in winter.

Sure and as Pat pointed out close to no resell value. But if you compare the specs to Western Brands the price point is much lower.

I don't want to think about reselling - I'm buying a bike for fun, not for sale))

Thats why I chose this frame over a Foil ;)

Allow me to doubt a bit the 0 resale value. It may be a Chinese brand but not your usual oem. They are sponsor of a pro tour team, get media coverage for it and because of that will soon be pitted against the major western brands in test/comparisons. So while they won’t resale like a specialized, I do think they will have a market.

They are name sponsor of a Continental Team, not a Pro Tour Team (which is an old term by the way, it's now called WorldTeam, with the category below being called a ProTeam, and two categories down being Continental Team). While I agree that they're probably better off in resale value than some of the smaller Chinese OEMs, they are surely more on the level of something like MMR in Spain or Stevens in Germany and will hardly get the brand reputation of something like Specialized or Cannondale in the foreseeable future unless they start spending a lot more marketing money and sponsor one of the WorldTeams or bigger ProTeams.

Man this is very tempting!  Being eyeing ER one for a while, and feel will have better resale value than other Chinese brands (LC, spcycle etc..)
Need to research these CANWIN wheels though.  Also wonder if group sets are FULL ORIGINAL Dura ace.  I wish they posted more specific technical details on every component for each bike

Does anyone have some detailed information what bottle sizes do fit in the front mount? It does look like big bottles maybe won't fit because of the rise in the down tube.
I saw in a panda podium video, that 650ml fit, but could not find any further infos.

According to GC Performance larger bottles fit but will rub against the frame. So I will use some 3M tape at this area of the downtube.

@Freddy via Quickpro.us

@Serge
Honestly I did not expect the frame will look the same. The template (Tarmac) is from a UK based company, famous for expensive custom paint jobs. So I do not even have Color codes just pictures. Overall it was just an „inspiration“, stating „in your face“. I like fancy colors.

Price was 2400 USD including handlebar but I will get a partial refund because there is currently a 10% off campaign
Title: Re: Quick Pro ER:One
Post by: Uberflo on October 26, 2025, 06:34:10 AM
Yeah. I do not expect any great resale value so I don’t mind about the paint job. Life is too short to ride a boring bike w/o color.

Only CFD optimisation for the frame. The alternative was a Scott Foil but I did not like the paint jobs also only Pressfit BB, 700x30 clearance and no UDH.

GC Performance review of the Quick was very good.

Just got mine built up (size small). Some things about me:

Some quick(pro) thoughts about the bike after doing a 1-hour Z2 ride, on a particularly windy day:

I wasn't able to give it some beans on a sprint, but on the few overpasses that I had to ride up, it was very responsive. This weekend i'll be doing a longer ride with actual climbing, so I'll have more to report as I take it up some mountains and down some descents.

The winningest and most celebrated GC world tour riders aren't exactly giants. That said, aero frames in smaller sizes always turn me off visually. Of course you can't control this. And for all we know you can/will probably drop me on any sustained climb. Flats too  ;D

Perhaps it's the proportions in relation to the wheels. Or the cockpit. Who knows...

Congrats on the build! Happy to hear the ride quality is very smooth. Currently my Scott Foil RC Pro has set a new gold standard for how I want/expect aero frames to perform dynamically. But I'm hoping the ER:One can come very close without the $5500 pricet ag.

The Tavelo Arow rides similar to the Giant Propel.
The TanTan X68 rides (kind of) like a Tarmac SL8.
Maybe the ER:One will follow suit.

Enjoy!

Hey Patrick,

Thanks for responding! I watch your channel and really enjoy your content covering the eastern brands.

Unfortunately, I'm what they call a "manlet," so I don't get those cool-looking bike proportions. One thing that is different about this bike is the relatively high amount of stack compared to other bikes in this size.

I also refuse to get integrated bars. I don't see the point of spending hundreds of dollars for a couple of watts and a huge service headache. That being said, I still have some flexibility to play with the fit and can mess around with different stem angles to fine-tune my position.

I used to be a bike shop rat and I'm just getting back into riding/racing after a +10-year break. My all-time favorite bike was the Tarmac, but I'm really hoping this ER:One will surprise me and get me excited to ride even more. I'm not as fast as I used to be, that's pretty obvious in my race results this year, so there's a good chance you'd beat me up on climbs and drop me on the flats. I'm just chasing the dragon of my youth.

Just got mine built up (size small). Some things about me:

  • I am 171cm / 172cm on a good day.
  • The bike I came from was a 49 Allez Sprint. It was one size too small to make it work; I had the saddle all the way back on the rails and used a 130mm stem.
  • The Allez was a great bike, very twitchy and quick handling, great for getting your balls kicked in racing masters crits here in SoCal.

Some quick(pro) thoughts about the bike after doing a 1-hour Z2 ride, on a particularly windy day:

  • The handling is much more stable in the crosswind.
  • No toe overlap.
  • Steering is more predictable. I can lean into corners and not have to worry about making micro-adjustments from over-steering.
  • Ride quality was very smooth. I don't think this can be accounted for by tire pressure, but here's what I'm riding for context:
    • I'm pretty light (63 kg) so I run my tire pressure @ ~50 PSI on 30mm GP5000s.
    • This is the exact setup swapped from my previous bike.
I wasn't able to give it some beans on a sprint, but on the few overpasses that I had to ride up, it was very responsive. This weekend i'll be doing a longer ride with actual climbing, so I'll have more to report as I take it up some mountains and down some descents.

I've been following the discussion with great interest.
I saw the GC Performance review a while ago and immediately fell in love with this frame (too bad I'd just received a Spcycle R088)!
You can also customize the color, and on their website there are various custom colorways to choose from/get inspiration from.
I was really struck by this paint job, which I find very attractive on an aerodynamic frame with the lines of the ER:One.

The Test Ride
I took it out for a proper test on a big group ride: 130km (80 miles) with 2,398m (7,800 ft) of climbing. The parcours was mountainous but also had a lot of flat sections. It was a memorial ride, but a good chunk of the local race community was there, so there were plenty of egos. This gave me a good chance to pull some turns and test the bike on the ascents and descents.

My Context & Comparison
For reference, I'm 171cm (5'7") tall and 63kg (139 lbs).

My previous bike was a Specialized Allez Sprint (Size 49), which I always felt was just a little too small for me. I'm getting back into riding and racing after a 10+ year break and recovering from some running injuries, so I'm not as fast as I used to be. My handling comparisons are all coming from that Allez Sprint lens.

How It Handled

Climbing:
The bike climbs really well. I took it up Deer Creek, which is a brutally steep climb @ 11.5% for 3.6kms (2.25 miles). Grinding out a gear while seated was a more (relatively) enjoyable experience. Compared to other aggressive bikes (like my Allez), things can get very twitchy on steep climbs at low speed. The QuickPro, however, was stable. I could pick the best line across the road without worrying about the front wheel flopping over and putting me out of the apex of the turn.

This stability was even more noticeable on a longer, faster climb like Latigo Canyon. (This is a ~14km / 9.1-mile climb in the Santa Monica Mountains, averaging ~5%). By this point, I was 90km into the ride, it was getting hot, and I was just holding my Zone 2 (around 200 watts). The bike's handling allowed me to just relax, stare at the road ahead, and take up the whole lane to find the best line. It's a much different experience from my old bike, where I felt I had to actively fight to keep it from flopping off my chosen line while also trying to focus on power.

Descending:
After Deer Creek, you're rewarded with the descent down Yerba Buena, which is fast with lots of fun chicanes and minimal braking.

I'm still getting used to the bike, but I was really able to push it into corners. As a test, I'd scrub a little speed from a rider in front of me before a turn, and I was consistently able to carry more speed through and out of the corner to get right back on their wheel. My confidence on this bike grew with every turn. I'm excited to take this bike down more descents in the future.

On the Flats
I haven't really put the bike through its paces yet in a hard, flat-out effort. But frankly, I'm not too concerned with how it performs on a flat parcours with a bunch of SoCal crit ogres, because that's pretty close to what the bike was designed to do.

Ride Feel
Compared to my Allez (aluminum), the ride feel is more or less what you would expect from a carbon super bike: it's more smooth and plush.

However, there is one characteristic that is noticeable from any other bike I've ridden, and it's the most striking feature of the bike: the Fork. When going downhill, I noticed the wind on my legs felt different. The inside of my legs didn't feel wind, as opposed to the outside of my legs, which was a strange sensation. Unsure if that makes you faster or slower, but it's noticeable at speed.

Final Conclusion

Thought I’d add to this conversation just to pass on information that there supposedly is plans for Quick Pro to be adding an XXL size option around December. There wasn’t specification however to which models specifically this would be added but was asking about the ER/AR:One at the time.

Which is wonderful news to anyone like myself that has concerns that the largest current size is potentially a bit small. Being 198cm with a 204cm wingspan makes it very hard to find frames made in larger sizes from eastern brands/OEMs.

Just ordered an ER:ONE, since I don't think that prices will get any better soon :D

Was in contact with support to get some information, if there a maybe even better discounts soon. Support said just the regular 10% Discount for the er:one is available, but that they "have some free gifts like water bottle and carbon cage" for Black Friday sales. The Discount Coupon Code is not available anymore through the website, just contact support (which is support active and friendly) and you'll receive a code.

I am hyped for the bike.

@bellybutton

Thanks for the report. I'm looking at ordering one, it wasn't available when I built my bike up in Spring so went with T1550 Gen 2, I do really like it but wanted the ER ONE at the time.

I'm 169cm and have the Medium Windspace, looking on geometry geeks the medium is a closer match.
How did you end up with the S and what stem length do you have then? I like a pretty aggressive position for crit and roadbike TT. Have a 140mm stem on the windspace.
Do you wish it was a medium at all or is the size correct?

My current fit on the ER:ONE is actually close to the fit that I was running on my 49 Allez, minus a couple of spacers and a different stem. So the size is roughly correct for me. Right now I am running a 120mm stem and fewer spacers (because of the higher stack). I could probably ride a Medium and run a shorter stem, but I'm actually really happy with the size and fit of the Small.

I mean a fully bike gets you a nice 2y specialized so I think many people make that choice. I think being the one in the middle is not as much fun as it sounds. The committed cheapskate most of us are won’t stretch that much for a frame and the more mainstream buyers don’t even research alternatives to big brands so don’t know it even exist and finally those who end up buying at shops as these become available from retailers are not, for most of them, on chinertown.

I saw in a panda podium video, that 650ml fit, but could not find any further infos.

GC performance indicated the same on one of their review videos.  You need "pro" size bottles, I presume 550ml, otherwise would leave a scuff mark or not hold properly in the cage.  Minor inconvenience.

After getting my affairs organized, I finally put in an order for a custom color ER:One from Panda Podium with the guidance of Joe.

Super pumped now that I have some proper benchmark frames under my belt as a reference. I reckon however I won't have it in my hands until mid to late February. Just in time to build up and get dialed in for a few crits.

What I'm most keep about is the stiffness in both the bottom bracket and headtube areas.

Long-term bikes and wheels eventually get passed on to local athletes in need. However, the problem I'm running into these days is the fact basically all frames and bikes are great now. So it's been emotionally difficult for me to let go some of my more recent bike builds haha

Nice, looking forward to your build. As you are also running SRAM 1by would be interesting to see if you also will have this tiny gap to the chainstay on the 10t cog.

Just in case anyone else using a 10-26 or 10-28 cassette on this frame. It’s a known issue by sram that on some frames the RD contacts the chainstay so you have to adjust the b gap screw

So, has anyone here bought their complete bikes or has  any experience with their in house Canwin wheels? Are they any good? Because otherwise one would just go for the cheapest ones and then potentially replace them with Tagoola or Carbonspeed wheels.

What size did you end up getting Patty? L or XL? I've got a fit very similar to yours so I might try copying it for my own build.

I went with a size L/520 along with a 36/140 CRW aero cockpit. Super excited.

Hey Patrick
Ok nice
I’m looking at this frame too.
Not sure on size yet but SL8 is a 54cm
Thinking some super deep wheels maybe 65 or even 75/75 or 75/80.
What colour and why the CRW cockpit over there own bars?

I have a Quick Pro ER:one and I've thought about switching to a separate stem + handlebar combo (need to update my 34cm Zephyr handlebars in any case). Does anyone know if a normal FSA ACR headset would work with the bike, as it should be 52mm?

the normal first spcaer with the quickpro should work with an fsa stem.
I got this part printed cusomt to run a deda superbox stem (-8deg) and up tio 160mm on my quickpro to experiment a bit more with my fit:

Fair enough can’t argue with that!
I’m thinking 49Med vs My SL8 54cm with 120/380.
Geometry is similar stacks -6mm shorter or maybe a Large but stand over is 797mm vs 768mm on the SL8. At 178cm with 74cm saddle height I am in between sizes though.
They have a shit tone of colours for frame available so thinking on that as well or gonna be boring and go standard black 🤣

Hi robmuc,
would you be so kind to share the file?

Since the included top cap is not compatible with FSA ACR, I would like to print a compatible one as I would also like to experiment with my fit.
Or if it's easy for you, would you be so kind to model an ACR-compatible top cap, as I have no idea about 3D printing  :-X.
I'll buy you a cup of coffee and cake for the next bike ride for the ACR-compatible file.

Quick launches 3 new frames today.

Ur:one - ultra light / all in one bike, 680g frame weight size m, 18,600rmb with handlebar (insane)
Xr:one - gravel bike packingish bike 10,998rmb, quite like the looks of it and how many mounting points it has, but im poor so id rather get the tideace GR201 if i ever wanna get a bike packing bike.
Tr:one - triathlon bike with some cringe slogan… apparently designed with BMC.

They did some aero testing as well with the ar:one and er:one. Seems to be more or less the same with the ar one (2ish watts), but lighter and stiffer.

Find it interesting the XR is the first model that I know of where they’ve made an XXL. Hoping they add more in the future. Definitely seems much more bikepacking/adventure focused with the amount of mounting points on the frame.

Edit: I was incorrect seems the Blade frame has had an XXL option.

Custom Coloured chosen and frame all paid for!
Hopefully it’s gets shipped out before Chinese New Year!
Groupset and small parts also sorted!
Maybe some new wheels I have 60/60 and 60/65mm.
Contemplating 65/65 maybe even 75/75mm. 65/65mm set are now achieving crazy weights like 1100grams!
XM CarbonSpeeds 78/78mm also but not 100% sure.
Anyones thoughts what’s everyone else running?

After a very long wait… it’s finally happening 👀🚴‍♂️

The frame: Quick Pro ER:ONE
Custom paint: Yes — total no brainer.

Anyone who’s had custom paint done locally knows you’re easily talking £1,000+ in the UK. When the factory option is just a couple of hundred dollars? Easy decision. I almost went for something like my current Tarmac SL8 (transparent vibes), but I figured it was time to try something different.

Instead of going through one of the big boys like Panda Podium or Quick Pro USA, I decided to support a local bike shop in Portugal — Ruben Bikes. Ruben’s a standalone store, not part of a bigger chain, and he’s a member of our forum/page. He was super helpful when I approached him, and realistically, most orders from big sites still come directly from Quick Pro in China anyway. So, why not support someone in our own community 💪

Colourway & inspiration:
Well this Colour way has now popped up all over the Social courtesy of a Cycling news post on the 25th of Jan
Ruben mentioned the Quick Pro ER:ONE frame and Team Euskaltel–Euskadi, and I’ll admit, I’d never heard of them before frame when I approached him about a frame and custom paint after he sent me an excel of custom paint option from other Quick Pro customers . After he showed me, I had a look online and found some Instagram videos and other footage of the frame in action. I liked the colour so much I decided to use it as inspiration.

Ruben Alexandre Whatsapp +351 926 723 624
UD raw gloss black at the rear
Deep orange at the front
Silver Decals

Decals & branding:
A lot of people mention that the names of Chinese brands on frames don’t always sound great which I agree with but its not a deal breaker when the cost comes into consideration. And the fact now that a western UCI Pro team is now riding this frame (Has been ridden well before Release with Asian Pro UCI teams) will probably now give  More people the confide to buy it and this is what Marketers call “Social Proof” if you have never heard of this term look it up!

For my frame:

No team decals
Quick Pro logo on the down tube is silver, slightly tweaked: large “Quick”, small “Pro”, same colours as standard

Geometry & fit:

Medium frame (listed as 49cm — Chinese sizing can be a bit unusual)
Similar geo to my Tarmac SL8
Stack is 6mm lower than my SL8
Considered large frame, but standover height wasn’t ideal
Bar: Zephyr SSL 380x120mm

Groupset & parts:

Groupset: Dura-Ace 12 Speed, 11-34 cassette (supplied) — everything supplied except the crank, Sourced from Anrancee Cycling Store on AliExpress reached out to them directly.https://www.aliexpress.com/store/1954042?spm=a2g0o.detail.0.0.6b2biYqOiYqOGq&tblci=GiAVopNGx94PfImHdB0QhQ6T_GgBTd1a8RHSIJKeKs0QtiDA9m4orM3p4Ma8qrgaMPi_Rw
Chainrings: likely 54/38T, Brand  TBC
Powermeter: crank-based, Brand TBC
Sixweel Evo steel 11-34T Cassette 188g https://www.sixweel.com/shop/p/sixweel-12-speed-evo-cassettes
DFS Carbon crank 24mm Titanium Axle 165mm 286g Angler Wang

Bottom Bracket: not Chinese but the Spanish brand Bikone
https://www.bikone.com/producto/dctech-t47-external-for-shimano/
 (Team UAE BB sponsor)
Steel bearings, exceptional quality, very good value — not using Chinese/AliExpress specials
Not using a ceramic BB: too expensive and longevity is questionable. My steel one on the SL8 still spins perfectly after ~8000km.

Through axles: considering Titanium option from Sixweel (28g), maybe Carbon, but haven’t decided yet

Brake system:  Parts upgrade kit no shown on the site but https://underdogscycling.cc/ are an AD

Wheelset:
DFS 60/65mm 1231g Angler Wang @ DFS Carbon

25mm inner width, U/V profile
Estimated total wheelset weight: ~1160g

Other Parts:
Pedals: Xpedo SL titanium SPD (Look system). https://www.lordgunbicycles.co.uk/xpedo-thrust-8-titanium-pedals?color=Black
Chaser Sports: lock rings, direct-mount UDH hanger + rear derailleur pivot bolt. https://chaser-sports.com/en
Saddle: AliExpress Ryet maybe tbc
Seatpost: I have engaged a Chinese brand and they are developing and aftermarket post just waiting for details on this.

Estimated total  weight: 6.320.8kg  Although that’s probably very very optimistic excel attched for the sceptic  ;D

Turnaround for Quick Pro frames seems very quick — 2–3 weeks to dispatch. I’ve already got a bunch of parts ready

My frame finally arrived in the USA last night, and should be here early next week.

The plan is to use this bike as my primary race bike this season. Although I don't do that much racing nor am I good at it LoL. So I'm undecided whether or not to take super custom bling route, or take the pragmatic approach and just build the ER:One with reliable parts. I definitely will be using a very similar direct mount UDH. Great stuff sir!

I would be in favor of a build with high end far east just to put out there that it’s possible to have high end build on a « budget ». Getting a 7kg bike with power meter for sub 5k would have been unthinkable 3-4 years ago!

The value compared to my SL8 is honestly insane. But after the CyclingNews report on the UCI Pro team Euskaltel–Euskadi sponsorship, Quick Pro are suddenly getting a lot more visibility. Now that they’re backing a Western Pro UCI team — and likely more in the future — I wouldn’t be surprised to see prices start creeping up.

Will use the Sixweel Cassette and that there cheapest on at $450usd but I already had this.
With all the additional parts the bike is like £5000gbp Value wise
But if I went stock used and existing wheelset full DA group set this would come in around £3500gbp

Bought a full bike from QuickBikes in Ultegra Di2 + R50c wheels. Let’s see how it turns out. It should arrive in about 3-4 weeks to EU.

Size M, 140 mm stem, 38 cm handlebar.

My spreadsheet puts it at ~7.5 kg with Ultegra Di2.

I might make a few changes to bring it down to ~7.2 kg. Still a bit undecided about the powermeter since I did not want to throw a chunk of money into the build

I ordered one last week, as mentioned earlier in this topic. Size L, custom colorway, SRAM Force groupset, bars. Ordered a wheelset from XMCS (58 mm, 20/20h, carbon spokes) as well, so all I really need is a saddle (of which I have PLENTY) and tires. Very much looking forward to building this thing up, just hoping it gets shipped out before CNY! The Quick Pro USA site now has a banner up top stating 3 weeks standard delivery, 6 weeks for custom. Guess this is to account for CNY, as the lead time when I ordered was supposed to be very short.

There's a topic on WW, and people seem to have trouble fitting larger bottles without rubbing against the frame. I normally only use 550 mL bottles, so probably not an issue for me, but the Giant Propel bottle cages should work with larger bottles. I might order some to be able to fit larger bottles somewhere down the line.

I chose the CP17 colorway, green to white fade. $298 extra.

I can't wait to see the bike assembled!

The choice of the "different" logo on the down tube suits us very well on paper....we'll see!

I've had my eye on this frame for a while now... the orange color doesn't drive me crazy, to be honest, but like all things, you should see it in real life.

I hope that the prices remain so competitive in the future too....if that's the case, I might think about it later too!

Congratulations on your purchase!

Thanks  I really like the orange not a colour I would go for normally and hopefully in the flesh the logo changes looks good.
The thing is with Quick Pro now sponsoring a European UCI pro team its will give the brand more credibility. Inevitably sponsoring these pro teams cost money I would not ne surprised if prices maybe rose by a couple of hundred dollars myself.
The Frame represents great value for mony when I compare it against my SL8 so cannot wait to get the frame in hand

What’s crank are you installing

DUB or Shimano

I’m getting a T47 68 External bottom bracket for Shimano (Shimano 24mm Axle standard the carbon crank I have, has a 24mm Titnanium Axle)

I've seen some not so good reviews on those pedals and cassette (durability/creaks/finicky setup). You set on them?

I’ve got two cassettes: the EVO steel 11–34T at 188g, and the half steel/half titanium 11–34T at 148g. Both shift beautifully—if Shimano is 10/10, these are 9/10, flawless. Good enough as unsponsored gear on the WT so good enough for me 🤣.

As for the pedals, I’ve had no issues so far. They have titanium axles, so naturally they won’t wear quite as well as steel-axle pedals. There’s also a weight limit—think it’s around 85 kg.

Bought mine on the 4th of Dec, custom paint inspired by a post on IG.

 - Mounted 105 Di2

 - Riro DUB Carbon Cranks + Pass Quest chainrings

I had some problems with the chainrings being too far from the frame and had to space the front mach hanger to fix it.

 - ZRace disks

 - Hyper SE 23 45D wheels

Weight is 7.7Kg with Favero Rx + Cages + Garmin mount

Very happy with my purchase so far :)

  - Thru axles: 175 USD
  - UDH hanger: 160 USD
  - Pivot bolt: 35 USD

The carbon is 25 mm thick. According to SRAM you need 5-7 mm for the brakes (so 30-32 mm in total). I use 32 mm for the Red Caliper.

Thanks man — I’ve confirmed it’s 35 mm for Shimano.
It’s been hard work trying to find  that out!

I picked up the groupset from the post office yesterday from Anarncee store on Aliexpress
I’ve got some chaser parts as well: rotor lockrings (including a cassette lockring) and the Ultra rotors.

Have a Bikone T47-68 bottom Bracket

I also have the Sixwheel UDH direct mount, shifter clamps and screws, thru-axles, front caliper mount, pivot bolt and caliper screws, bleeding bolt, and hose bolts. Not relevant to this build, but I also grabbed a computer mount for my SL8. Sixweel 11-34T Cassette 148g.

I’ve got an S-Parts kit on order for the DA brakes.

I sold two sets of wheels during the week and have now ordered a 65/65 mm wheelset with 25 mm internal width from Zen, built with THR Industries RX hubs (21/24). With mount them with RideNow TPU tubes and 28mm Maxxis High Road SL Tyres already have these.

DFS Carbon, Carbon Crank 165mm with 24mm Titanium Axles that’s 286gram.
Not sure on PM yet and chainrings yet. Also have not ordered a saddle contemplating RYET ultimate    same as one on my X68 or there 3D copy of the Bjorn Sekta saddle same as on my SL8

The aero bottles/cages are strictly for photos. They were sent to me months ago.

Personally, I am a huge fan of TACX bottle cages. Been running them on all my bikes for the past 4 years and I have never dropped a single bottle. Gonna swap those in before my first ride. And probably add a couple of bolt washers between the cage and downtube.

Maybe I'll put the aero bottles on different bike.

First time poster here, but have been watching these forums and this topic in particular.
I got a quick pro er one, size L, bought from US site with handlebar and ultegra di2.

In custom color cp06, so i can attest that: the back end is just clear coat and look nice, it will be the same for the options you mentioned. The front end i have cracked ice effect over red, again looking superb. That green one would be my favorite.

Hi, thanks for the feedback.
Yours is very nice too.
However, the green one on the website doesn't look like the back is completely black, just the bottom.
However, yours and the other black and white ones all have the back of the seat post completely black.

Can anyone tell what kind of saddle setback I can achieve on the xxl frame with 82cm saddle height?
The seat tube is slack at 73 degrees but it gets steeper at the seatpost so it should be a bit steeper than the number suggests?

I need about 7-8cm of setback with straight 73 seat tube I'm on the limit of having too much setback saddle slammed forward with a zero offset post.

I asked pandapodium but they just said it's 73 degrees. Is there any cheaper places to order to europe than pandapodium?

I ordered my frame & bars from Ruben Bike a dealer in Portugal. He will look after you if contact him. I live in the UK had tax free shipping etc.
I did actual sell the bars to buy a set of the new crop of riser bars that are being released which help with the low stack heights of this frame.

I would consider a set of these over the supplied bars myself

Not on a quickpro, but I'm a big fan of those Bikone bottom brackets for DUB T47. They are one of the only BB manufactures who uses a larger diameter outer shell allowing bigger ball bearings. In normal T47 BB's for dub (29mm), often very thin bearings are used which is not only more drag, but also causing faster wear.
No need to buy ceramic bearings. Steel ball bearings are better for the longevity of the bearing race (since same material hardness).

Is anyone using a Hylix zero offset seatpost for the Er One? I'm interested how much more forward you can move the saddle on the Hylix post. The stock clamp is very wide and limiting.

You only need the cradle not the post all they are doing is flipping the cradle round to the offset

Do you have a link for the cradle? I would need the top clamps too as those are the limiting factor.

I was actually trying to move the saddle forward not back. The hylix in zero setback mode allows more forward position of the saddle.

First ride done fast and comfortable XXL frame. 6.74kg when I get Sparts thru axles it should be 6.7kg.
The Giant propel cages work fine even with 950ml bottles. I'll get the Chaser titanium direct mount hanger as it matches the Elilee crank bolt perfectly.

Dura-Ace Ultegra 12sp mix
Lightbicycle Airia 47 wheels
Elilee X260 cranks
Hylix seatpost
Tavelo Rise handlebar
GP5000 30/32mm tires
Ti bolts and exs airtape

Thanks Sander2177 for telling about Ruben bikes he was great to deal with.

Are you running 1x or 2x? I run a regular sram red e1 dub crank (not wide) with a 50t 1x chainring and there's plenty of clearance. I used a 3mm right side spacer as recommended by sram: https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/compatibility-map/road/dub-choose-a-road-bottom-bracket-compatibility-map.pdf

You should be using a standard crank with a 45mm chainline for 13-speed setups with a chainstay of 405-415mm. The correct documentation is here: https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/frame-fit-specifications/road/2024-road-frame-fit-specifications.pdf See page 21.

For 12-speed you can use standard or wide for any bike with stays longer than 395mm (see page 20).

Right, but what has me worried is that I have seen that some people have built up this frame with a WIDE crank, even though it is not what SRAM recommends given the length of the chainstays. I'm worried that there might be issues with the ring clearing the chainstay with the standard crank. I was hoping someone has tried this and could verify that it is OK.

What did you install as a top spacer to route the cables externally? I am collecting parts for my friend who wants to build Quick Pro but for now it is better to get separate cheaper cockpit as he is coming from a bike that is a bit too small for him.

How do you guys rate the ER:One in comparison with "western" bikes such as Merida Reacto CF3 and Giant Propel Avdanced ?

Those bikes can be purchased in Europe for about 2900€ with 105 Di2 and alloy wheels (especially the Reacto, while the Propel is a bit more expensive). I currently ride a titanium bike (Reilly) with 105 Di2 and 45mm wheels from LightCarbon.

The idea is to buy an aero bike with 105 Di2 (no need for Ultegra or Dura-Ace) and 60 or 65mm wheels (23 o 24mm internal, steel spokes). For the moment I am planning to keep the titanium bike. I do not necessarily need a complete bike, because I have all the tools and knowledge to build the bike from the frameset (that is what I did with my titanium bike, wheels included starting from LB rims and DT hubs).

€2,900 including wheels? That seems like a great price to me. Consider that the ER:One on QuickProUSA is around $4,000, which is about €3,500.

It’s a different story if you build it yourself and already have the handlebars and wheels. In that case, you’re looking at something close to €2,500.

Especially if you already have wheels, like in my case, I’d mainly be looking to upgrade the frame. Since I already have all the components, the investment would be minimal, especially considering the Elite Wheels I already own https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005007516932880.html (https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c3kKtzAv)

Merida Reacto 5000, 2027 (the new version): about 2900-3000€ with 105 Di2. But: no carbon wheels, no carbon/integrated handlebar, sub-optimal tires (Continental Grand Prix), pressfit BB, only 66mm BB drop, steeper head angle (73.5 vs 73).
I prefer QuickPro's geometry. 105 Di2 groupset costs about 900€, so that's about 2600€ total (1700 frame and 900 groupset). There's margin for handlebar and tires...wheels must be upgraded anyway (my current 45mm wheels are heavy and a bit narrow).

Yes, this is another thing I forgot to mention. Those frames are easily 150g heavier than the QuickPro, especially considering that I prefer the UD glossy finish (meaning no paint, less weight).

In fact, the main alternative that I am considering is the new XMCS VRT. It costs the same and it might be technically a bit better (even better geometry for my use case for instance).

I have now almost decided to buy the ER:One before the price update on August 1st. A few questions:

1) Is the "Night Dark" color scheme just another way to refer to a raw carbon glossy finish ?
2) Is it possible to run a normal aluminum stem / handlebar combo ? I want to experiment with a couple of stem lenghts before buying an integrated cockpit
3) Is tire clearance confirmed to be 34mm WAM with decent (about 4mm) space around the tires ? Also for the narrow fork ?

Anything else I should be aware of ?

1. Yes
2. Yes it's possible others can explain how I haven't tried it. Maybe the stock spacers could match some fsa compatible stem.
3. Yes my rear tire measures 34mm. I have about 5mm of space to the chainstays and 4mm to 8150 di2 fd wire. The narrow fork has plenty of room.

Would also be interested in hearing how to use a traditional stem/bar combo to test out stem length.

And i just cant decide whether i should go for an ER:One or wait for something with a higher stack (like Tavelo Arden) at the moment i got a canyon ultimate in S (390 Reach, 539 stack, 90mm stem) and i would like to have more reach and more stack…so i would need to have maybe some spacer plus riser cockpit on the Er:One due to its Stack being so low :/

this is an image I found on WW forum. it looks like it is possible to install a normal round spacer on top of the original spacers, so that there is enough room to fit a normal stem. it does not look that bad.
in my case, I would do this while waiting for the HBR20 handlebar from Lightcarbon

Yes, you can install a traditional stem / bar combo. This goes for the AR:ONE as well because their steerer tubes are of standard size.

In my opinion, a riser handlebar would look really good on a frame like the Quick Pro Er:One... it would probably be my first choice.  ;)

in my case, I would do this while waiting for the HBR20 handlebar from Lightcarbon

The Tavelo Avro Rise is also really nice... have you happened to consider it yet?

I have now almost decided to buy the ER:One before the price update on August 1st. A few questions:

1) Is the "Night Dark" color scheme just another way to refer to a raw carbon glossy finish ?

In my opinion, the Night Dark colorway isn't raw glossy carbon (like the L39ION Champion color), but rather a marbled black with gray veining.

I also really like the L39ION "Panther" finish.

Looking at the photo uploaded for the frameset (unlike the photo uploaded for the complete bike), I’d say the "Night Dark" color is actually glossy raw carbon.

I did consider the XMCS but I was impatient and could not wait so went with the ER ONE.
No regrets heard all the hype in my opinion its lives up to it excellent bike love riding it

Thing is, XMCS is just a month or 2 away. I asked Peter if how many days is the lead time for a raw carbon glossy black. If it’s just a few days to weeks then maybe I’ll decide.

It depends on what you consider more important. I decided for the Quick Pro because it is a much more established brand when it comes to producing and selling frames, there are many positive reviews and the company in general seems solid. Moreover, the fact that many teams, including Euskaltel, are using their bikes demonstrates that they are, at the very least, comparable in terms of reliability and performance to racing bikes sold by western brands.

XMCS, on the other hand, is much more established in terms of wheels, but not as much in terms of frames. The first VRT frames are being shipped right now, the sample size of information that can be found online is extremely small (N=1, Patrick Lino's YT channel), so I just decided to go for the more tried and tested alternative.

Moreover, I prefer the look of the ER:One over the VRT, in my opinion the proportions of the VRT frame, in some area, could be modified to improve the appearance (but this could impact weight, stiffness and aerodynamics if not done properly).

Long story short: I believe they are both fantastic frames and that the differences among them are extremely small in a real use case scenario for amateurs pushing around 150W to 250W (average) per ride (provided that the geometry is ok in both cases).
At the moment the ER:One is a much more tried and tested option, the brand is getting gradually more recognized in the western market and their online presence is more similar to those of western brands. The VRT, for the moment, is a much more niche product confined to a bunch of people reading specialized forums and looking for chinese aero frames on Youtube. I do not doubt the technical qualities of the frame, especially since XMCS gives the customers 5 year warranty, but I would be much more inclined to buy the frame after 12-18 months of it being actually available on the market and extensively used...kind of like what happened to Quick Pro ER:One.

Despite choosing Quick Pro over XMCS for the frame, I am leaning towards XMCS for the wheels. I have not found, at the moment, a comparable wheelset in terms of specs and price for a 60 or 65mm profile, 23 to 25mm IW and CX-Ray spokes.

I really have to think about this a lot lol. The advantage of having QP in our local bike shops are really insane specially for the warranty and we can actually test the frames first before buying. It is $300 more expensive than buying from XMCS website but as I've said, the advantage of having the LBS specially if there are issues with the frame is insane. Too bad, I will not have the most unique frame anymore. I can assure that I am the only user of Adapt DP-B02 here in my country lol. Hence the reason why I am also thinking of buying the XMCS VRT  :P

I really hope I have money to throw away for both frames but I'm just a poor fred

$300 more expensive? QP doesnt charge shipping or a service fee. Not sure where you are but with a 5% discount code on qpusa, theyre the same price. What turned me away from this frame vs an er:one was the crazy high shipping and service fee... tacked on an extra $350 to the frameset price.
